Important Items to Note:
- Cancellations must be made 5 business days before the event for a credit. No refunds or credits will be issued for illness or last-minute cancellations, but tickets can be transferred to another person for the same event. A 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee applies for cancellations due to credit card transaction fees.
- If the event is cancelled by us, you may choose a full refund or credit. For weather-related cancellations, no refund will be issued, but a credit will be applied to a future event.
- A 2-3 year flexibility is allowed for the age range.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may forfeit their spot, with no refund or credit.
