* Once a ticket is purchased for Toronto’s Best Singles New Years Eve Party, there will be no refunds issued although, you can transfer your reservation to another person. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a lockdown.
*Please note that if mask mandates are put in place the event will still be running as planned in accordance with provincial guidelines. No refunds will be offered for cancellations in the event of a mask mandate being put in place.
